SUP basics - This class will include a mix of on land and water instruction to prepare you to get out on the water. We will go over the basics of stand up paddleboarding, safety and basic SUP skills. This is an all levels class.
SUP + yoga - SUP yoga combines basic skills from SUP and yoga. A mix of on land and water instruction along with a 30 minute yoga flow including basic yoga poses. No experience required. This is an all levels class.
SUP + fitness - SUP fitness will engage you mentally and physically and get you ready for beach season. We will expand on the knowledge of SUP basics going over stroke technique and turns, cardio paddling and core exercises. Find balance, strength and stability while toning your entire body. A SUP basics and/or a SUP yoga class is a prerequisite for this class.
SUP 2 - This class is designed to build on your basic paddleboard skills. We will focus on expanding your knowledge on stroke technique and introduce different turns.
**SUP basic or equivalent skills required.
YOGA - A 60 minute flow on the water. This class is desigined for the yogi who wants to get down to business. This is an all levels class.
**SUP basic skills or equivalent an asset.
