This class offers a unique opportunity to embrace the peacefulness of the water while challenging your body and calming your mind. Through mindful movements, breathwork, and meditation, SUP FLOW will leave you feeling centered, rejuvenated, and connected to yourself and nature. No experience required. This is an all levels class.
