SUP fitness will engage you both mentally and physically. We will expand on the knowledge of SUP basics going over stroke technique and turns, cardio paddling and core exercises. Find balance, strength and stability while toning your entire body. **SUP basic or equivalent skills required.
Please allow 24 hour notice for any cancellations. Refunds will not be offered with less than 24 hour notice. Cancellations due to weather will be up to the teachers discretion and you will be contacted 2 hours prior to class start time. Classes will take place in light rain as long as participant safety is not compromised.
