SUP + FITNESS

A 60 minute, full body workout on the board.

  • 35 Canadian dollars
  • Head of St. Margaret's Bay (SMB)

WHAT TO EXPECT

SUP fitness will engage you both mentally and physically. We will expand on your knowledge of SUP basics, diving into stroke technique and turns, cardio paddling, and core exercises. Find balance, strength, and stability while toning your entire body. **SUP basic or equivalent skills required.
