Our mission is to encourage people to get out and enjoy nature; to create an opportunity to connect mind, body + spirit through the practice of yoga with the added challenge of the Stand Up Paddleboard.
Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) or Hoe he'e nalu in Hawaiian, meaning to stand-to paddle-to surf-wave.
Stand Up Paddleboard yoga involves practicing yoga while on the board. SUP takes your practice off the mat and into nature while providing you with a full body and mind workout.

An avid yogi, paddler and lover of life, Grace's goal is to bring her love of yoga and Stand Up Paddleboarding back to the community she grew up in. She has been teaching yoga and Stand Up Paddleboarding in Halifax for the last 8 years. Grace is a registered 200-hr yoga instructor, 30 hr SUP yoga instructor, an advanced SUP instructor with Paddle Canada and has her level 1 WPA (World Paddle Association) certification. She is also a brand ambassador for Bluwave SUP.
