SUP + YOGA

A combination of yoga and basic SUP skills while on the board.

WHAT TO EXPECT

SUP yoga combines basic SUP skills and yoga while on the board. A mix of on land and water instruction along with a 45 minute yoga flow including basic yoga poses. No experience required. This is an all levels class.
