A combination of basic SUP skills and yoga while on the board.

SUP yoga combines basic SUP skills and yoga while on the board. A mix of on land and water instruction along with a 30 minute yoga flow including basic yoga poses. No experience required. This is an all levels class.
Please allow 24 hour notice for any cancellations. Refunds will not be offered with less than 24 hour notice. Cancellations due to weather will be up to the teachers discretion and you will be contacted 2 hours prior to class start time. Classes will take place in light rain as long as participant safety is not compromised.
